Problem with SmartDialog resolution

Is SmartDialog not looking or functioning the way it is supposed to be? 

First, check if your browser is supported. 


Next, you can check if you have scrolled in on the monitor. If you have a mouse-wheel you can try and holding down the CTRL key and roll the mouse-wheel. In firefox and Chrome you will see a percentage at the end of the URL bar or at the top of the page, keep scrolling untill it says 100%


If you are using a supported browser, and your zoom level is at 100% it is time to check your resolution. Allthough SmartDialog is made with a responsive layout in mind, there are limitations. On a desktop we do encourage to use a minimum of 1280x1024 as the desktop resoultion. 


Alternative, Check if you need to clear your browser cache.

Changing the resolution:



Windows 7:

  1. Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button The Start button
    , clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.
  2. Click the drop-down list next to Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.
  3. Click Keep to use the new resolution, or click Revert to go back to the previous resolution.



Windows 8

  1. On the desktop, right-tap any blank area and choose Screen resolution in the context menu.
  2. In the Screen Resolution window, click the down arrow on the right of Resolution and choose an appropriate resolution in the pull-down list. 
  3. Lastly, tap OK to confirm the changes.



Windows 10

  1. Go to your Desktop, right-click your mouse and go to Display Settings
  2. Here you can adjust the size of text, apps, and other items and also change the orientation. To change the resolution settings, scroll down this window and click on Advanced Display Settings.
  3. From the available options in the drop-down menu, select the one you want and click Apply.
  4. You may recieve a message telling you it is not the optimal resolution. You may ignore the notification and confirm your Screen Resolution changes by clicking on Keep The Changes. or you may select another screen resolution. You will get just 15 seconds to confirm the changes or else it will revert to the default display settings


OS X Yosemite

  1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Displays, then click Display.
  2. Select Scaled, then select one of the scaled resolution options.
